I trust these mechanics, I have never had a bad experience with their service nor their advice. Until they close or I move to another state, I'll be coming back.

I’m overjoyed with the service that I received. We had a 2011 Honda CRV go in for maintenance. Check up for general inspection, We worked with Eden, which Was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, not only giving us great service by coming out to the car and showing us a few things that might be wrong with our car on first inspection but informing us what we can do better for general maintenance and INFORMING us on why and what is happening. Which is just wonderful. We will be taking our vehicles here from now on. Thanks guys!

Had my fuel pump replaced. I seen fuel leaking from the fuel tank and they diagnosed it and fixed it next day. Fair pricing, they were upfront with me about pricing, the price they quoted is what it was. The people at the desk are friendly and answer your questions and show respect. Would go back again if there is something out of my skill set to diagnose/fix.

Another very positive experience! I took my car to Thomsons Auto Repair for a loud rattle- I thought it was a muffler hole/problem. I was in & out in a half hour, no more rattle, and I was only charged $25! I was so impressed with the honesty & service. I recommend them, I’ve been using them for years for my two Priuses. Who even gets out of the mechanic spending only $25?! Very kind people, great mechanics, honest pricing. Other times that I’ve had to leave my car there they did provide me with a ride back home (I do live close), another great service.

I cannot say enough great things about this repair facility. They were able to get me in just a few days before Christmas and in a bind with my car, not only were they quick and thorough, they were communicative the entire time and very accommodating. They've earned a new customer in my family and me and hope others find the same level of treatment I have. Thanks Thomsons team!

We had a complicated and challenging transmission repair that was a frustration for us and the guy's at Thompson's. I couldn't believe how many pieces my van was in. They did a great job and, a few months later, it's still running great. It's a hard decision to make a big ticket repair but they didn't let us down. They'll be our go-to moving forward.

Had a very good experience here today. My car unfortunately had so many issues that made it unsafe to drive so it made more sense to scrap it. The worker at the counter was incredibly kind and honest about my situation and straightforward. It is so nice to be given honesty about a car instead of taken advantage of as that’s very common. As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars he explained everything well and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing which was very awesome. On top of this they went the extra mile to check for any other issues when id only come in to get my brakes checked, had they not done this I wouldn’t have known how unsafe the car was. The inspection fee was very reasonable; If I had gone anywhere else I know I would’ve been way more upset than I was today, I will absolutely be coming here again when I find another car, and will absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of car repair.
